ELECTRONIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Ecoprasinos Engineering Sdn Bhd has developed EPMS (ELETRONIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) for Malaysia market. EPMS will serve as a central repository of all the documents generated special to the project plus it help the project team member to keep track the schedule of the project. It is a web based system & the documents will be accessed from the EPMS through a sign-on feature.

EPMS can handle small and large of various formats in an active manner with advanced features. Stated simple, EPMS is the management of project “paperwork” electronically rather than with paper.

TRANSMITTAL

The purpose of the transmittal is to be the evidence and knowledge of documents have been received by the client meanwhile notifying the originator regarding the acceptances of the documents.

DDC - Document / Drawing Division Check

DDC workflow will involve the originator, checker, and leader within the same discipline. The originator shall complete the DDC form and perform documents submission and issuance by uploading the credential Portable Documents Format(PDF) or Microsoft Word Documents (.docx.).

IDC - Inter Division Check

DDC workflow will involve the originator and checker from multi-discipline. The originator shall complete the IDC form and perform documents submission and issuance by uploading the credential Portable Documents Format (PDF) or Microsoft Word Documents (.docx.).

IFC - Issued For Comment

IFC workflow will involve the originator and client. The originator shall complete IFC form and perform documents submission and issuance by uploading the credential in Portable Documents Format (PDF) or Microsoft Word Documents.
